Lithuania Bans All Gambling Ads!
Today’s serious news comes from Lithuania, whose parliament just voted to ban any gambling ads.
These new regulations ban gambling operators from organizing ANY promo campaigns, giving away casino chips for free, holding giveaways, offering bonuses or discounts, or engaging in ANY kind of promotional activity whatsoever. This effectively keeps new operators out of Lithuania’s market, because what’s the point of investing in a license if nobody ever finds out you’re open?
And as we all know, the fewer legal operators there are on the market, the more illegal operators there will be!
